Headset specs: It uses dual OLED displays with a resolution of 2,000 × 2,040 pixels per eye, supports refresh rates of 90 Hz and 120 Hz, and has a field of view of about 110°.

Tracking & input: It has built-in cameras on the headset (so no external camera required) for inside-out tracking, and introduces the “Sense” controllers which include haptics, adaptive triggers, and finger-touch detection.

Console compatibility: It is designed for PlayStation 5. The official specs state: “PlayStation VR2 will only work with PlayStation 5 consoles.”

PC support: There is a PC adapter (sold separately) that allows use on a compatible PC, though with limitations.
