When will I receive my order?

Since the majority of our stock is dispatched directly from our stores, the delivery time may vary slighty.

We typically dispatch orders same day or next working day, we use Royal Mail and DPD for deliveries so the timeframe is usually around 2-3 days.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive?

If you haven’t received your order yet and you have waited a reasonable amout of time, then please get into touch with the store who dispatched your order. 

At the time of ordering you will receive an email confirmation which will provide the store telephone number, if you give them a call or email [email protected] we will be more than happy to help.

How much is delivery?

We offer free shipping to all UK Mainland, we do try our best to offer free shipping but some couriers have a surcharge for certain postcodes.

If the delivery address is not class as UK Mainland then we may contact you after you order to organise any surcharge.
