The Novation Launchkey 25 MK2 is a USB controller designed for use with Ableton Live. This 25-note keyboard features 16 velocity-sensitive RGB pads, 8 knobs, and dedicated control buttons for an unprecedented level of control over Ableton Live’s parameters.
The unit is ridiculously easy to use: simply connect a USB cable between the unit and a computer for immediate control over Ableton’s session view, instruments, mixer, and effects. Additionally, the controller’s 16 velocity-sensitive pads can be used to launch clips, manipulate FX, trigger and play beats, and stop parts. Basically, the controller lets users manipulate sounds as they see fit. Since all of the controls can be reassigned to any of Ableton’s parameters, users can literally use this compact synth in any way they want.
Designed for Ableton Live – All controls work immediately and can be freely reassigned
